We Ship worldwide except Live plants, Terrariums & Garden trays we deliver in Delhi & NCR only.

Please note:
Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping of goods can take from 1-7 working days, depending on customisation. 

  • All made to order styles will be shipped as per aforesaid Timelines given with Product on our website.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.

  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Returns and exchange details

Problem with your order?

Our delivery team takes great care in ensuring that the package is delivered without any damage.

On rare occasions, accidents happen. If your product arrives broken or damaged*:
1. Take photo of damaged item with the product in the box.
2. Share a picture of the same with us at rahul@gilaharee.in , within 24 hours of delivery and we will access the same.
3. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to arrange for replacement/refund.

Damaged only includes broken glass & jumbled up interiors.

If the order is refused at the time of the delivery due to any other reason, the buyer is not entitled for a refund.

Terrariums are made to order, perishable, and fragile items and for that reason CANNOT be returned or exchanged, unless damaged (Definition of Damage- stated above)
